Join us for the 3rd Annual Puzzle Run/Walk. This is no ordinary 5k and 10k. The route will take you through the scenic streets of Oakland, FL where you will see beautiful Oak Trees, Orange Groves, wildlife and more. Be prepared for a variety of terrains—road, trails, gravel and dirt. Fun activities for the entire family including a FREE .4 mile Kids run around the park, face painting, bounce house and lots more. Last weekend the Tri With Sway Group was out pre-viewing the course. A few wild life sightings: Roosters, a snake, a red-headed woodpecker, an ostrich and a wildebeest. All enjoyed the course and all looking forward to the official Puzzle Run on September 4. See pictures below.

Puzzle Run - Post Race Massages
New Update...Massages will be provided for participants following the Puzzle Run 5k & 10k on Sept 4. West Orange Massage Therapy (www.westorangemassagetherapy.com) will provide free massages with all donations going to the Autism Society of Greater Orlando (www.asgo.org). Look for their tent following the race and sign up for your massage.

Time to Register
Hi Everyone!
We are only a month away from our 2nd Annual Puzzle Run. Don't delay...sign up now to guarantee your Puzzle Run Tech Shirt and Bag.
There will be fun for the kids too. The free kids run will start approximately at 9:30AM, after all 10k participants are finished. There will be finisher medals for all kids. The bounce house will be up and ready to go by 8:00AM. We also have face painting and other activities for the kids as well.
