Last weekend the Tri With Sway Group was out pre-viewing the course. A few wild life sightings: Roosters, a snake, a red-headed woodpecker, an ostrich and a wildebeest. All enjoyed the course and all looking forward to the official Puzzle Run on September 4. See pictures below.

Packet Pick-up & Registration(Checks/Cash only): Sept 2: 10:00 AM—6:00 PM; David's World Cycle; 2517 Edgewater Dr, Orlando, FL

Race Morning: 6:00-6:30 AM at Race Start

Entry Fees: Through Aug 22: 5k—$20; 10k-$25$30 Aug 23—Sept 2: 5k—$25; 10k—$30; $35 Race Day: $35

Locations & Directions: Speer Park; 331 N. Tubb Street, Oakland, FL 34787

Aid Stations: Water, PowerBar Electrolyte Drink and Energy Gels will be available approximately at each mile.

Goodies: All participants registered by Aug 22 will receive a dri-fit shirt.

Awards: Overall Male and Female Top 3 Age Groups Male & Female: 14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80-89; 90-100.
